Ranbir Kapoor gets mercilessly trolled after netizens felt he does not know how to hold his wife Alia Bhatt during pregnancy!
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are currently busy promoting their upcoming film ‘Brahmāstra: Part One – Shiva’ which marks their first onscreen collaboration. The soon-to-be-parents recently returned to Mumbai from Hyderabad and happily posed together for the shutterbugs. However, Ranbir’s way of holding his pregnant wife miffed a certain section of people who brutally trolled the actor for holding Alia incorrectly. Many users pointed out that Kapoor was a bit 'insensitive' towards his wife.
In a video shared on a paparazzo’s Instagram handle, Ranbir and Alia could be seen posing for the photographers. The mom-to-be flaunted her growing baby bump in a comfy white tank top teamed with trousers and a shrug. The Raazi actress also removed her mask to pose for paps. Many netizens felt as if Ranbir was not much interested to pose and was just looking to force himself. Soon after the video hit the internet, trolls started taking digs at the actor. One user commented, “No offend but ranbir doesn't knw to hold his wife.” Another wrote, “Aj isne isko hold kaise kr liya.”
One comment read, “Bechari ko Aisy condition main kiya kuch krnapar raha hy.” In fact, some trolls crossed all limits as they took nasty digs at Alia for getting pregnant before marriage. Meanwhile, Brahmāstra directed by Ayan Mukerji also stars megastar Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, and Nagarjuna Akkineni. The fantasy thriller is slated to hit the theatres on 9 September 2022.
On the personal front, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor who got married in April this year announced that they are expecting their first child in June. The actress posted a photo of her scan from the hospital and wrote, “Our baby ….. coming soon.”
