2020 saw a major shift in the way Bollywood and TV industry kept the audiences entertained. As theatres were shut due to lockdown, a slew of movies were released on OTT. Bollywood stars have experimented with different avenues to stay up with these testing times. Now soon-to-be-married couple Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha are excited for their next. The House Arrest actor shared on his social media account about the podcast show, Virus 2062 which will soon be out for the audience. A one of a kind show is a thriller purely in audio format.

The show is set to go live on the music streaming app Spotify on September 3, 2021. The Happy Phirr Bhag Jayegi actor while announcing his project asked the readers not to misconstrue his tweets as they are all pertaining to this upcoming project. He tweeted, “Coming soon! All my tweets are in reference to the podcast. Please dont misconstrue. You will understand when you hear it. 2062 ki kahaani hai.” It carried a poster of the podcast featuring the lead pair with the title, Virus 2062, with binary code roughly visible on it
