Alia Bhatt And Shaheen Celebrate Sister Pooja Bhatt's Birthday; Made Sweeter By The Arrival Of An Anonymous Gift
It is Alia Bhatt’s sister Pooja Bhatt’s birthday today as she is receiving warm wishes from everywhere. the actor and filmmaker also received an anonymous gift and her father Mahesh Bhatt clarifies that the gift is not from him. Hmm… we wonder who gifted her this beautiful present?
Filmmakers Mahesh Bhatt’s eldest daughter and Bollywood actress Pooja Bhatt was one of the best leading ladies back in the time. The actress has delivered some iconic movies like Dil Hai Ke Maanta Nahi, Sadak and Junoon, to name a few. Today, Pooja has turned a year older and is celebrating her 48th birthday with none other than her other sisters Alia Bhatt and Shaheen Bhatt. However, as she is receiving warm wishes from everywhere, she received an anonymous gift and her father Mahesh Bhatt clarifies that the gift is not from him. Hmm…who has gifted her this beautiful present? We wonder.
Nevertheless, as he clarified about the gift, he also shared a heartwarming post for his daughter along with an adorable picture of the three – Pooja, Alia and Shaheen. As he shared the picture on his Instagram feed, he captioned it as, “I did not give you the gift of life, but rather, life gave me the gift of you. Happy birthday Pooja!” In the picture, we see Pooja holding a small note along with the beautiful gift which is a plant kettle.
Apart from that, the Bhatt sisters – Pooja and Alia Bhatt will be seen sharing space for the first time in their father's film Sadak 2 which is the sequel to Mahesh Bhatt's 1991 film Sadak starring Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt in the lead role. Apart from the birthday girl, Sadak 2 will also feature Sanjay along with Alia and Aditya Roy Kapur.
Last year, the team shared a picture of the cast where everyone were seen donning black ensemble. The team was shooting Sadak 2 in Ooty last year followed by Mumbai, Uttrakhand and Mysore. The film is expected to release on July 10, 2020.
