Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt has been making the headlines these days for multiple reasons. After being brutally trolled by the netizens for indulging in details about her marriage with Ranbir Kapoor and stating that he doesn’t like her wearing lipstick, she hosted an Ask Me Anything (AMA) session for her fans. She opened up about a lot of details and answered the questions of her loyal fans. 

One of them asked her, “How to overcome anxiety? I feel as an actor you also might be getting anxious at a point.” Unlike the rest of her AMAs, Alia shared a video answering the question. Shedding light on her technique of overcoming anxiety, the 30-year-old explained how people try to cover what they are feeling when they get anxious. Instead of doing that, she advised the netizens to feel whatever they are going through as it is also a part of life. Quoted by the Times Of India, the Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani actress said, “Something that I have noticed always helps me is.. when you are being anxious you are usually trying to always cover it up with trying to be ok.
