Ameesha Patel Asks Netizens To ‘Get A Life’ Amidst Reports Of A Court Case Against Her For An Alleged Rs 2.5 Crore Scam

Not so long ago, actor Hrithik Roshan’s Kaho Na Pyaar Hai co-star Ameesha Patel landed in a fraud case when a businessman named Ajay Kumar Singh - the proprietor of Lovely World Entertainment filed a case against her for duping him of Rs 2.5 crore. Reportedly, the actor has not returned the mentioned amount to Singh due to which the case has gone to Jharkhand High Court. Well, reacting to the same, Ameesha has called it ‘hilarious and ridiculous rumours’. She even asked the netizens to get a life and enjoy every moment.
The actor recently took to her Twitter handle and wrote, “As a public figure I wake up2 hilarious n ridiculous rumours on the professional n personal front repeatedly I see old rumours and gossips resurfacing constantly C’MON GUYS .. GET A LIFE!!! Enjoy evry moment of Gods gift 2 us .. just like I’m doing CHEERS”. For the uninitiated, according to the reports, Ameesha met Ajay Kumar Singh at an event in 2017 and got him to invest in her film. He transferred Rs 2.5 crore to her account for the film but she later refused to be a part of it for the reasons best known to her.
When he realised that the film is not being made, he asked Ms Patel for a return. However, upon failing to do so, Ameesha was dragged to court. Meanwhile, on the professional front, after starring in Bhaiaji Superhit, Ameesha Patel will be making her debut in the Punjabi industry with ‘Fauji Band’, directed by Nav Bajwa.
