Self-appointed film critic Kamaal R Khan is back on Twitter and Amitabh Bachchan made sure he gives him a warm welcome
Kamaal R Khan has
returned to Twitter after his account was suspended on Diwali last year. And
guess what? The first celebrity to welcome is none other than Amitabh Bachchan.
The legend took to Twitter and wrote, “The irrepressible @Kamaalrkhan ..
straight talking , without any frills is BACK .. !! Fasten Seat Belts.”
Unlike most
Bollywood celebs who have often lashed out at the self-appointed film critic,
Big B shares a warm rapport with him. You may recall, when Kamaal had predicted
that Sarkar Raj would be a hit, the legend had thanked him and wrote, “Thank
you Kamaal…gracious of you to say so…you have become the predictive barometer
of the box office..!! Hoping that this prediction comes true…!!” That’s quite
some praise. Don’t you think?

When his account
was suspended last year, Kamaal R Khan had gone ahead to issue a press release
where he stated that he would commit suicide if his Twitter account is not
restored within 15 days. KRK
had also written a statement on the official Twitter handle of KRK Box Office,
where he shares news and reviews about films. He wrote, "I have spent four
years and lots of money to build my six million followers account on Twitter.
Therefore, I will definitely go to court on Twitter to ask them to reimburse me
the money and time I have spent on my account so far." He also made
headlines in April this year when he announced that he is suffering from
stomach cancer.
Back to Amitabh Bachchan's welcome, it will be interesting to see what Khan has
to say about it.
