Actress Amyra Dastur is currently busy promoting her upcoming film Koi Jaane Na. Amyra, who is an ardent social media user recently posted a video on her Instagram. The actress shared the video as she participated in the ‘Don’t Rush’ Instagram reels challenge. She performed a classy dance number, dressed in hot shorts and a white tank top. And, Dastur looked stunning in her outfit. However, Amyra got trolled for her outfit choice. The Koi Jaane Na actress was accused of inciting rape.
On Instagram, Amyra Dastur’s video did not go down well for a few social media users. Reacting to Amyra’s post, a netizen condemned her outfit and also resorted to some shocking sexual assault remarks. The troll commented, “This is why girls get raped because you don't know how to dress in public. You really don't need to wear really short shorts.” The user told Dastur that she doesn’t know how to dress in public and mentioned that this is why girls get raped. The netizen also said that the actress does not need to wear “really short shorts”. After reading the disturbing comment, the actress reacted to the troll and replied with a befitting response. Dastur hit back at the troll after he accused women of dressing inappropriately. She said, “It’s because of sickening mentalities like yours that women get raped.” She also schooled the troll and added, “Don’t teach women how to dress, teach BOYS to respect women and MEN to NOT RAPE”
