Ananya Pandey Breaks Down On Sets Of SOTY 2, Tiger Shroff Consoles The Actress
Recently, on sets of Student of the Year 2, Ananya Pandey had a breakdown. Her co-star Tiger Shroff tried consoling her and here’s what happened next
We have been sharing all the juicy stories on the upcoming college rom-com, Student of the Year 2. This time, something slightly serious happened on the sets of the film. Ananya Pandey, daughter of Chunky Panday who makes her big screen debut with the film, got into a heated argument with director Punit Malhotra.
The tiff escalated to such an extent that the starlet burst into tears. On seeing her sobbing, co-star Tiger Shroff sat next to her and tried consoling her. Punit, meanwhile, asked Ananya to go at the backside and not create a scene over there and asked the crew to get back to work. Check out the video below:
Got fooled right?! Haha, yes! So, this was all an April Fool prank played by Ananya and Punit on Tiger. But, Ananya feels she ruined it in the end, due to her laughter. She wrote, “So it’s clearly VERY difficult to prank my hero! @tigerjackieshroff but @punitdmalhotra and I did try (and fail miserably because I was dying to laugh throughout ) #AprilFoolsDay #SOTY2 @dharmamovies”
Speaking of the film, Hollywood star Will Smith will make a cameo appearance in the movie. Also, latest buzz suggests that the makers will incorporate a remixed version of Kishore Kumar’s hit song, Yhe jawani hai deewani from Jawani Diwani (1972). The song will be picturised on Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Panday.
Produced by Dharma Productions, directed by Punit Malhotra, Student Of The Year 2 will release on May 10 this year.
