Arjun Kapoor Buys A Plush Sea Facing Property Closer To Girlfriend Malaika Arora's House In Bandra

Arjun Kapoor is on a roll, after gifting himself a swanky new car in his birthday month, the actor has been added to the list of Bollywood celebs owning luxury homes in Bandra. As per reports in Times of India, the actor has bought a sea-facing property in Bandra, closer to girlfriend Malaika Arora’s abode. The cost of this lavish abode is estimated to be Rs. 20 to 23 crore, it is a 4-BHK sea-facing house. The Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar actor's new home is located in Bandra west.
As per reports, the actor’s this plush property is on the 26th floor of 81 Aureate in Bandra. Besides his ladylove Malaika Arora, also residing in the vicinity are Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor and a few more. The young actor is recently being praised for his acting chops in Dibakar Banerjee’s Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar currently streamed on Amazon Prime Video. Besides, the actor is also hoping that the director plans a sequel for the film, keeping in mind its mind blowing climax.
So far, the actor has not made any official announcement about this expensive purchase.
Along with Sandeep aur Pinky Faraar, Arjun Kapoor’s Sardar Ka Grandson also premiered on OTT platform, due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic with people being skeptical to visit theatres.
Besides these two movies, the actor has Pavan Kirpalani’s Bhoot Police starring Saif Ali Khan, Yami Gautam and Jacqueline Fernadez, he also has Mohit Suri’s Ek Villain Returns in the pipeline.
