Arjun Rampal & Mehr Jesia Were Living Separately Since 3 Months

This morning, you woke up to a joint statement by Arjun Rampal and Mehr Jesia calling it a day to their 20-year long marriage. But we were the first to bring you, in fact about a week ago, the news that Arjun had moved out of the flat he shared with Mehr in Bandra.

Now, buzz is that Arjun and Mehr were living separately since at least 3 months, before they finally decided that 'it's no point flogging a dead horse (incompatible relationship)'.

3 months is a pretty long period, but we guess that both had almost decided upon the separation when Arjun walked out but wanted to make doubly sure that they were not acting in haste. FYI, their children, Myra and Mahikaa, preferred to stay with Mehr while the marriage boat rocked.

Fair enough.

And, seems that this couple could never reconcile after their differences which arose around 2014 when Arjun got linked up with Sussanne Roshan. 4 years of a cold relationship is more than enough to think about adopting a new direction in life. As the couple, err, ex-couple in question hinted in their joint statement, their destinations were unfortunately different in their respective journeys of life.
