But our own Bollywood hottie Lisa Haydon had pioneered the trend, by announcing her pregnancy news with a bikini picture in January.
And Lisa has no plans of slowing down it seems. The Queen actress is once again on a vacation and her burgeoning belly is not stopping her from sporting itsy-bitsy bikinis. Take a look:

Buzz was, Lisa, whose sudden nuptials came as a surprise, preponed the ceremony because she was in the family way. It was also being said that the actress was swiftly opting out of projects. The rumours gained strength she reportedly said ‘No’ to a 20 day commitment.
While all these speculations were keeping the tabloids busy, Lisa elegantly put rest to all the talk by announcing her pregnancy with a beautiful picture.
Lisa Haydon, who grew up in Australia and the US before moving to Mumbai to pursue a career in Bollywood, was in a steady relationship with Dino Lalvani, son of British entrepreneur Gullu Lalvani, since 2015.
Lisa currently stars in a web series on Bindaas channel, The Trip which stars Masaan fame Shweta Tripathi, as a soon-to-be bride who goes on a road trip with her best friends.
