Box-Office Clash: Mission Mangal, Saaho And Batla House Race For The Triple Battle This Independence Day

A big battle is coming up this Independence Day and it is none other than Akshay Kumar with Mission Mangal, Prabhas with Saaho and John Abraham with Batla House set to release their films on 15th August.

A big battle is coming up this Independence Day. A Box Office clash is up between upcoming films Mission Mangal, Saaho and Batla House. While Akshay Kumar will star in Mission Mangal, Prabhas will be seen in Saaho after his blockbuster Baahubali. Actor John Abraham will star in Batla House. A big battle is coming up, and interestingly Bhushan Kumar is associated with Batla House and Saaho as the producer of the films.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share this news. According to his tweet made on Twitter, news confirmed this will be a Box Office clash as the respective films will are set to release on the same day. The tweet read, “The clash is confirmed... Akshay [#MissionMangal] vs John [#BatlaHouse] vs Prabhas [#Saaho] on 15 Aug 2019... Interestingly, Bhushan Kumar is associated with #BatlaHouse and #Saaho... Big battle at the BO.”


Mission Mangal is directed by Jagan Shakti and sings the unsung victory of the team that helped in the completion of the project Mars in 2013-2014. The film narrates the story of Indian scientists at Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) who contributed to the Mars Orbiter Mission, which marked India's first interplanetary expedition. 

While Prabhas' Saaho is directed by Sujeeth, the film will also star Shraddha Kapoor along with Baahubali in pivotal roles. The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. It is said to be the most expensive Indian film ever.

Similarly, John's Batla House is an action thriller, which is based on the Batla House encounter case that took place on September 19, 2008. The film is directed by Nikkhil Advani and also stars Mrunal Thakur opposite, John.

As all the three films have a star-studded cast, the question remains about which film will have the highest collection in Box Office and which film will get the maximum screens across India.
