Punit Pathak broke his silence over the ongoing reports of him shooting the Dev part in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra have been decorating the headlines since it was first announced. The film was released on September 9 and its thrilling conclusion has left the fans curious, as they are trying to decode the identity of Dev in the Ayan Mukerji directorial.

However, Pathak broke his silence over the ongoing reports of him shooting the Dev part in the film. He shut down all the speculations around the reports and maintained that all the reports are untrue.
"No no no, I have not shot it. It is not true, it is not right. I am not Dev in Brahmastra," Punit told News18.
Recently, Ayan was asked the burning question about who Dev is but, the director refrained from revealing the character's identity amid the casting of Ranveer and Hrithik Roshan in the past.
"I can’t reveal who Dev is. I have been reading a lot of names but it will be a mystery for a while," he had said.
Amid all the excitement, Ayan said that there have been several fan theories, which Alia shared with him and it really seems to have caught his attention. He also mentioned that the team is going to really think and make a script for Brahmastra part 2 and start producing it.
He had shared that the script for Brahmastra 2 has already been locked and spent nearly two hours working on part 2 on the day of the part 1 release. The director also said that he will consider the mixed reviews as positive feedback to make Brahmastra part 2 a better version.
