BREAKING: Actor Irrfan Khan Admitted To Mumbai's Kokilaben Hospital; Under Observation In ICU -Reports
According to the latest reports about the health of Irrfan Khan, it is said that he has been admitted to a hospital in Mumbai. Ever since Irrfan Khan was diagnosed with a neuroendocrine tumour, he had left his fans in shock. He had been in London for the treatment and in September 2019, Irrfan returned to Mumbai after undergoing a successful surgery post his shoot for Angrezi Medium in London. After his treatment, Irrfan Khan released his first film Angrezi Medium along with Kareena Kapoor Khan, Radhika Madan and Deepak Dobriyal. People were super excited to see him again on screen but due to Coronavirus lockdown, the film was then digitally released.
However, according to the latest reports about the health of the actor, it is said that he has been admitted to the hospital. That’s right. As per the reports in Aaj Tak, Irrfan Khan has been hospitalized due to sudden deterioration of health. According to the report, Irrfan is admitted in the ICU of Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai. Post his cancer treatment, this is the first time where the health of the actor has deteriorated.
However, the reason for his admission is still unknown and no official statement is out yet. His wife and two sons are with him in the hospital currently. A person close to Irrfan told Navbharat Times that due to Coronavirus outbreak Irrfan's usual treatment wasn't going on smoothly hence he has been admitted in the hospital so that his treatment continues without problems.
Meanwhile, on April 26, SpotboyE.com came to know that Irrfan Khan's mother, Saeeda Begum passed away at the age of 95. It was reported that she was keeping unwell for a long time and passed away due to natural causes. Having said that, Irrfan Khan was indeed a part of his late mother’s funeral in Jaipur as he paid his last respects to his mother via video conferencing, as he couldn’t be there physically due to the Coronavirus pandemic spread.
