It’s a historical again for Sanjay Leela Bhansali. This National Award-winning filmmaker loves history, doesn’t he? 
That he has managed to keep the subject per se still under wraps is fine, but SpotboyE has learnt the name of the film’s heroine- it’s going to be Deepika Padukone yet again for the Ram Leela and Bajirao Mastani filmmaker.
Deepika was conspicuous by her absence at Bhansali’s party which he recently hosted to celebrate his National Award win. “So what? Would that stop Bhansali from having a good actress in his movie? What has his party got to do with his work?” says a source close to the development.
We all know that things change in Bollywood by the minute, but as of now, it’s Deepika in Bhansali’s next directorial which he plans to put on floors sometime this year.
Ranveer Singh has been in talks with the director for the male lead but hasn’t signed on the dotted line yet.
