While it is still not known if KJo has put his plans of launching a star's daughter on the backburner, we know for a fact that two girls are required in the film. So if all goes well, Disha it will be as one of the leads.
This is a casting coup of sorts; Disha and Tiger have been very close since the longest time. Things didn't work out for them for a brief period after Baaghi hit theatres--- and Tiger had even confessed his despair to us in an exclusive interview then (Tiger Roars: Disha Patani and I Tried Our Best But... , May 2). But all that is a thing of the past as of late Disha has been spotted with Tiger on more than one occasion. A couple of days ago, Disha even attended the preview of Tiger's latest film A Flying Jatt (Disha Attends 'Good Friend' Tiger's Preview Of A Flying Jatt, Aug 25).

Disha makes her Bollywood debut as M S Dhoni's girlfriend (Dhoni is essayed by Sushant Singh Rajput) in M S Dhoni: The Untold Story (directed by Neeraj Pandey) which hits theatres on September 30.
Student Of The Year (2012) proved to be a great launching pad for Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra. The second part of the franchise is eagerly awaited.
