CAT FIGHT: When Deepika Kept Chris Martin Away From Katrina

Two of Bollywood's hottest ladies are in the middle of a full-blown cold war. Readers of SpotboyE.com will know that we are talking about none other than Deepika Padukone and Katrina Kaif (Deepika Padukone Is Allergic To Katrina Kaif, Kissa Kursi Ka, Nov 13).
And the latest episode of this epic cat fight happened at the party thrown by Shah Rukh Khan for Coldplay star Chris Martin.
The entire A-list of Bollywood had gathered at Mannat for the after-party and naturally Deepika and Katrina were there too (SRK Gets Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, Katrina Kaif Under One Roof For Coldplay’s After-Party, Nov 20).

Unlike Deepika, Katrina had even attended the concert at MMRDA Grounds and she is a self-confessed Coldplay fan. So naturally Kat was excited about the prospect of partying with her fave rockstars.
Alas, that was not to be. And all thanks to Deepika Padukone. An onlooker gave us some interesting details. Apparently, Deepika was hanging out with SRK, Salman, Christ Martin and Farhan Akhtar's gang.
This star-studded group surrounded Chris who was spotted engrossed in a conversation with Deepika. Laughter and cheers from this gang rang the loudest in the party and everybody was keen to get a moment with the visiting superstar.
And Katrina who entered the party later was keen to join the laugh riot. But Deepika's presence kept her away. Katrina kept an eye on the group, circling it while hanging out with Hrithik Roshan and Zayed Khan.
Katrina was ready to swoop in and grab the seat next to Chris as soon as Deepika got up. But unfortunately for Katrina, Deepika knew that she was dying for her spot.
So Deepika stayed put and when she did get up, she took Chris along.
So, Kat was left high and dry, mingling with the rest of the guest list while Deepika bogarted all of Chris's attention.
This little game of hide and seek became obvious to everyone who was around these two stars.
However, it looked like Chris Martin was oblivious to the invisible turf war being fought over him.
