Shivaay will be Ajay Devgn's second directorial venture after U, Me Aur Hum (2008). The film has been shot mostly in Bulgaria, Hyderabad and places across Uttarakhand.
Shivaay is set to release on October 28 coinciding Diwali.
The movie is set to clash with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil at the box office. The Karan Johar directorial stars Ranbir Kapoor, Fawad Khan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Anushka Sharma.
It will be a big clash, and it waits to be seen as to who will emerge victorious.
