Earlier the role of Prajapati Panday was portrayed by Vinod Khanna. But after the demise of Vinod Khanna in April 2017, it wasn’t revealed as to who will fill in to play the role. The mystery is finally solved as the filmmakers roped in his brother Pramod Khanna for the role.

Dabangg 3 will have the original star cast with Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha playing the lead roles. Sonakshi Sinha recently denied the news of a love triangle in the film. Salman has already started prepping for his role as Dabangg 3 will narrate the backstory of Chulbul Pandey through flashbacks.  Salman Khan will also be losing some weight to play the role of Chulbul Pandey in his 20’s and it will be very interesting to see how the actor pulls it off. It is the third movie in the sequel and is scheduled to release on 20th December 2019.
