Now we know how it all started. There have been many stories around how Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh actually fell for each other. It’s always been said that the two fell in love on-the-sets of Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela in 2013, but the couple shared a moment during the shoot of the song, Ang Laga De Re, which proved to the entire crew of the film that this is definitely more than friendship.

For those who don’t know, it was during the song shoot of Ang Laga De, when the two indulged into a passionate kiss and forgot about the world around them. According to a report in Huffpost India, the crew member told the website, “We knew they are kind of a thing but Ang Laga De confirmed it. The member further revealed details about their off-screen chemistry and said, “They'd call each other baby, eat together, and disappear into their vanity vans when not shooting. It was adorable. But we all thought this is yet another on-set romance that'll fade away once the film is over. It's a pretty standard thing in Bollywood."


He further added, “When I saw them during Bajirao Mastani, that's when I knew, this is something that's going to last. It's their body language, the way they talk to and about each other, and a general vibe that's a telling sign. He was over the moon although he wouldn't make it known. Their love story never really affected the work. Once the camera would start rolling, they'd transform into professionals."




During an interview with, the Bajirao Mastani actor had revealed that, ‘he loves being in love.’ He had further revealed that, "I need to have some financial stability, settle down in my career and give a few blockbusters before I can shift my focus to building a family."



Hmmmm... We must say, better late than never. Finally, the time has arrived when Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will be man and wife any moment now, at Lake Como, Italy.
