During a recent press conference, Dharmendra got candid about his kissing scene with Shabana Azmi in the film, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Talking about the same, the actor revealed that he has been getting calls and messages from a lot of people ever since the film got released. 

However, it was his reaction to the scene that caught everyone’s attention. Dharmendra took a hilarious dig at those who are questioning him on his kissing scene and said, “"Message aa rahe hai ki Dharam ji apne aesa aesa kar diya. Yeh to mere daayein haath ka khel hai."


In a previous interview with News18, Dharmendra had shared that his kissing scene with Shabana created a huge impact on the audience as they were not expecting it. He also mentioned that the last time he did a kissing scene was in Life In A Metro with Nafisa Ali, and people appreciated it. The actor said, "I am hearing that Shabana and I have surprised the audience with the kissing scene, and at the same time they have even applauded it. I think people weren’t expecting it and it came very suddenly which is why it created an impact. The last time I did a kissing scene was in Life In A Metro with Nafisa Ali and at that time too people had appreciated it."
