Late actress Sridevi has legions of admirers across globe and all age groups including her family. Anil Kapoor who came along with Jeetendra as a celebrity guest for the ‘Sridevi Tribute’ special shoot on StarPlus’s Dance +4 shared some unheard anecdotes from her life.
The versatile actor who has done several blockbuster movies with Sridevi shared some fond memories about the late actor. He shared that he had immense respect for Srideviji as an artiste and as a gesture of admiration, he used to touch her feet every time they met irrespective the occasion and place. In fact, Srideviji used to feel extremely awkward and tell Anil to not do it every time. Anil said that were times even though he was not a part of a particular scene, he still used to sit there on the set and watch her enact the scene, only because she used to deliver each and every scene beautifully!

Reminiscing about her, he mentioned “As an artist I feel blessed to have worked with Srideviji and she had an huge contribution to my career. She was an actor with immeasurable talent who could fill the screen with her magic. We shouldn’t remember her with sadness and rather celebrate her brilliance as a performer with love, affection and joy.”
