Dostana 2 : Janhvi Kapoor And Kartik Aaryan 'Couldn't Breathe' In Delhi, Next Schedule To Be Shot In Patiala Now
Due to Delhi’s severely poor air quality, the makers of Dostana 2 have pushed the Delhi schedule to a later date and will continue to shoot in Chandigarh, before heading out to Patiala.
Kartik Aaryan, Janhvi Kapoor and debutante Lakshay starrer Dostana 2 has grabbed a lot of eyeballs and people are really looking forward to watching it since the first part starring Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan did gain a lot of popularity and love. But before we could see them casting magic onscreen, the shoot of Dostana 2 has been kicked off recently and this was recently announced by Kartik Aaryan when he shared the picture of himself posing with a clapboard, stating the shoot has begun in Chandigarh. The film actually supposed to be shot in Delhi but looking at the recent condition, the director has shifted the dates further to shoot in Delhi and will continue shooting in Chandigarh.
According to the Mumbai Mirror report, a source was quoted saying by the portal, during Delhi schedule, the crew was trying to set things up but found it hard to breathe because of increased air pollution. With visibility also being poor, the makers decided not to risk the health of the team and have pushed the Delhi schedule to a later date when the air quality improves in the state. For now, Kartik, Janhvi and Lakshya will be shooting in Chandigarh for a few more days, where they will be joined by the supporting cast. Closer to the weekend, they will move to Patiala for another week-long spell.
Delhi air pollution has become a matter of concern. Earlier, Bollywood celebs like Dia Mirza, Arjun Rampal have called out on Delhi’s pollution while Priyanka Chopra too shared a picture of herself wearing the mask on her Instagram handle, indicating it is difficult to breathe in the national capital, however, the Quantico actress was then trolled for her being a hypocrite.
