Dostana 2: Vindu Dara Singh’s Son Fateh Randhawa To Play ‘The Suitable Boy’ In Kartik Aaryan-Janhvi Kapoor Starrer?
If all goes well, Vindu Dara Singh’s son Fateh Randhawa will make his debut with Karan Johar’s Dostana 2 and will be the ‘suitable boy’ in the film, which already stars Kartik Aaryan and Janhvi Kapoor
A few days back, Karan Johar made an announcement about the
sequel of Dostana; the first part starred Priyanka Chopra, John Abraham, and
Abhishek Bachchan. KJo had taken to social media to reveal that Kartik and
Janhvi will feature in Dostana 2 along with one more ‘suitable boy.’ Since
then, many names started floating around, suggesting the name of ‘suitable boy’
in Dostana 2.
Now, if latest reports are to be believed, then Vindu Dara Singh and Farah Naaz’s son, Fateh Randhawa, is being considered to play the second male lead in the film. Yes, you read that right! If all goes well, Fateh will make his Bollywood debut with Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan’s Dostana 2. However, there’s no confirmation on the same.
A report in TOI states, “In an interview with follo.in, the actor said that his son is now coming as a hero. He added that they used to think they are the only ones who know how to act. But when they saw him, they were dumbfounded. Mr Singh also stated that Fateh is 19 and very dedicated. According to him, the young lad is being prepared absolutely well.”
Before Fateh, there were strong rumours of Rajkummar Rao
starring opposite Janhvi Kapoor and Kartik Aaryan in Dostana 2, but the
Judgementall Hai Kya actor had cleared the air and said that he had indeed met
Karan Johar but this one didn’t work out for them. Rao’s upcoming movie
Judgementall Hai Kya is scheduled to release on July 26, 2019.
