Our focus is to produce good content and we are proud of both our films. While every producer wants their film to perform well - I personally feel, after having seen so much of life with its highs and lows, that the numbers game is ultimately materialistic pressure. What matters is that the stories we tell should be made honestly, with the right intent and should strike a chord with people. I am thrilled, a bit nervous and very excited about our release tomorrow. We have made Prassthanam with the same love and pride that we made Baba, and we hope just like Baba, audiences will give their affection to Prassthanam.” The Marathi film Baba has won a lot of acclaim in the Marathi cinema.
