As director Anees Bazmee announced Aankhen 2’s official
star cast a few months back, he concluded the event saying that he will soon
announce the names of two actors who will join Aankhen 2.
A video clip of the star cast was screened at the event which also showed a character in the film, named Rahul - the mysterious man whose identity was not revealed.
It's been quite some time since then but Anees has yet not made the announcement of the names. However, SpotboyE.com has found out the secret.
Well, it’s none other than Karanvir Sharma who will be seen sharing screen space with the biggies in the film.

During a candid conversation with the actor, SpotboyE.com questioned him about being a part of the sequel of the 2002 film Aankhen. To which the actor replied “I don’t know who your little birdie here is, but yes I’m part of the film. I’m super excited and the news has not been out yet. We are not allowed to much talk about it as it’s too early yet!”
Though the actor didn’t reveal much about his character we can just guess about which role he’ll be playing. Anees Bazmee had earlier spoken about scouting for a young character to play the role of an adventure junky in the film. And it appears like Karanvir will be filling that spot!
The sequel features Amitabh Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Arjun Rampal, Arshad Warsi, Ileana D'Cruz and southern actress Regina Cassandra.
Reportedly, in the second instalment, Arjun Rampal and Arshad Warsi will play the role of blind men, while there would be another young actor who would join the duo to carry out the heist.
Karanvir debuted in Bollywood with Zid directed by Anubhav Sinha. After that, the actor was spotted in Emraan Hashmi's Azhar (2016) playing a small role of young batsman Manoj Prabhakar. The actor has now become a sensation on the web with his popular series The Girl in the City Chapter 2, where he plays the role of Kiran.
