Abhishek Bachchan and Akshay Kumar, who have worked together in films such as Haan Maine Bhi Pyar Kiya (2002) and Housefull 3 (2016), share a great rapport. A while ago, Abhishek took to social media to share a picture of his 18-year-old self meeting superstar Akshay Kumar for the first time. Check it out:
Abhishek captioned the pic as, "#waybackwednesday this is at the mahurat of Angaarey a film produced by @srishtibehlarya and @goldiebehl This was one of the 1st times I met @akshaykumar He was as loving and caring then towards an awkward 18yr old as he is today (sic)."
Co-incidentally, Akshay too shared a memory. He replied to a fan who tweeted about the superstar replying to her fan mail in 1995. He wrote, “This is some serious #throwback, gold old days of

On the professional front, Akshay is currently in Mumbai after completing a shooting schedule of Padman. The film is a biopic on the life of Arunachalam Muruganantham – the man who revolutionised the concept of menstrual hygiene in rural India. It stars Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte besides Akshay. The film is being helmed by R Balki, and will also have a cameo by Amitabh Bachchan.
Coming to Abhishek, SpotboyE.com told you that the actor is collaborating with Nishikant Kamat on a thriller. The film is expected to go on floors soon and will be produced by KriArj entertainment and Kyta Productions.
