On International Yoga Day 2021, actress Kangana Ranaut penned an incident about how Yoga worked as a huge healing factor for her family members. The Panga actress revealed her mother who was advised a heart surgery, fully recovered from her heart ailment after thoroughly practicing yoga for two months. Post which her mother did not undergo any surgery. Following her mother, her father who had damaged knee was converted into an ardent yoga practitioner by the actress and now he can jog, shared the actress in her Instagram post.
She also spoke about sister Rangoli Chandel who is an acid attack survivor, and how yoga gave her the confidence to fight back. Doctors who were treating Rangoli post the attack informed the actress of Rangoli being in a state of shock. Though she was put on medication and therapies, nothing helped until she took her sister to her yoga instructor and things changed for better. Talking about the benefits of Yoga that healed her sister, the Manikarnika actress shared, “She (Rangoli) started practising Yoga and I saw dramatic transformation in her. Not only she started to respond to her pain and my lame jokes but also regained her lost vision in one eye..”

Urging people to practice Yoga, the actress in her post was seen asking her followers if they gave a chance to this form of workout. “Yoga is the answer to every question ( misery) you will ever have, did you give it a chance yet?,” wrote the actress in her caption.
