Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone were last seen together in the Imtiaz Ali film, Tamasha in 2015. It’s been long that we saw the two good-looking actors team up for a movie again. They did reunite for a TVC recently which brought a smile on the faces of their fans. Now, we all are waiting with bated breath to see them together in a film again. So, when reports of Ranbir-Deepika pairing up for Luv Ranjan’s next started doing the rounds of the web, you were naturally excited.
Unfortunately, we have to disappoint you, today. A reliable source has told us that the Luv Ranjan film starring Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor will not have Deepika Padukone. As of now, the only name in the race for the female lead is that of Janhvi Kapoor. The newbie has heard the script and loved it. She has also given a look test, day before yesterday in Juhu.
