The makers of Janhvi Kapoor and Ishaan Khatter’s Dhadak have released the first song of the love saga, Dhadak Hai Na, and it will make you fall in love all over again. The track has the debutants romancing each other at picturesque locations and they share striking chemistry.
Composed by Ajay-Atul, the soulful track has been sung by Shreya Ghoshal and Ajay Gogavale, and the lyrics have been penned by Amitabh Bhattacharya.
The trailer of Dhadak was released earlier this month and it had made a great first impression. Janhvi reminded us of her mother Sridevi almost all along in the prelude. Ishaan, who impressed immensely in Majid Majidi’s Beyond The Clouds, was intense. Both are clearly stars in the making.
At the launch event, which was attended by the Kapoor family, Janhvi was asked how she would like to dedicate her debut film to her late mother, Sridevi. On hearing her mother’s name, Janhvi got emotional and could only speak a line before Karan interrupted and indicated to move on to the next question. An emotional Janhvi replied, “I definitely miss her today.”
