Jasmin Bhasin, who has done TV shows such as Tashan-e-Ishq, Dil Se Dil Tak, Dil Toh Happy Hai Ji, Naagin 4 and Bigg Boss 14, shares her Bollywood plans
For those not in the know, Jasmin started her journey in showbiz with the Tamil film Vaanam in 2011. She also did other films down South and a few modelling projects, before switching to Hindi television. The actor is keen on doing Hindi films and looking forward to good opportunities.
“There are so many people I would like to work with. If I get to do a film comprising Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, AR Rahman, it would be like a dream team,” she adds. Jasmin, by her own admission, is a sucker for romantic films and would love to do something in the genre as her debut Bollywood venture. “I am a diehard romantic so I love to watch romantic movies. I love watching biographies too. The only genre I don’t enjoy watching is horror,” she shares. There are many young girls who look up to Jasmin and want to follow her footsteps to the entertainment industry. Addressing them, she says, “Nurture your dreams and also have the courage to make your dream come true. Do not let anybody tell you this is what you can do and this is what you cannot. There might be failures in life but those failures will only make you stronger, make you believe in yourself and make you enjoy your success all the more. Always remember you are the strongest, you can do everything on your own and nobody can stop you.”
