Kangana Ranaut has come under the scanner for praising Shah Rukh Khan and the team of Jawan, after her controversial comments during Aryan Khan’s drug case
Filmmaker and actress Kangana Ranaut has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry for her devil may care attitude. While many hail her for sharing her thoughts on the ongoing matters of the industry without any fear, others often call her out when she passes contradictory statements. She had recently taken to her official social media handle to praise Shah Rukh Khan and his performance in Jawan, which didn’t go down well with the netizens who dug out her old statement about the superstar and his family during Aryan Khan’s drug case.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Kangana shared Jawan’s poster and wrote a congratulatory message for the actor. In her long note, she complimented his performance and dubbed him a “quintessential Indian mass super hero.” She went on to share how SRK was mocked for his choices in movies, however his ‘struggle’ is a master class for many aspirants. She adds, “SRK is the cinema God that India needs not just for hugs or dimples but for some serious world saving as well. Bowing down to your perseverance, hard work and humility King Khan. @iamsrk. Well as soon as her post went live, netizens took to Reddit to call her out and mock her for it. A netizen posted her story on the subreddit Bolly Blinds N Gossip with the caption, “Kangana praises SRK on Instagram.” Redditors were quick to take to the comments section of the post to troll her for it. Many even reminded her of the potshots she took at Khan and his family in 2020, when their elder son Aryan was arrested in a drug case. One wrote, “Okay Kangana.
