The farmers in India have been protesting against the Centre’s three farm laws since a few months now. While many Bollywood celebrities such as Priyanka Chopra, Sonam Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh and others had extended their support to the farmers, it is only recently after Rihanna’s tweet that support from international public figures started coming in. Post Rihanna’s tweet questioning why nobody is talking about the farmers’ protest in India, many others such as Jay Sean, Amanda Cerny, Greta Thunberg, Lilly Singh came out in support of the farmers. Kangana Ranaut, however, lashed out at Rihanna after the latter’s tweet.

Kangana Ranaut called the international pop star Rihanna a ‘fool’ and criticized her for the tweet. This morning, it was being reported that the United States has come out in support of India’s new farm laws. ANI reported that the US backed India's new farm laws, saying that these reforms will ‘improve the efficiency’ of Indian markets and also invite greater private sector investment. Kangana Ranaut shared the news article and mocked the liberals in her tweet.

She wrote, “Listen to this librus tumhara baap Gajni bhi tumhein bachane nahin aaya ... bhaag gaya...Ha ha.” Check out her tweet below:


Meanwhile yesterday, Kangana Ranaut slammed Rihanna and also compared her to Neha Kakkar and Sunidhi Chauhan.
