Karan Johar Recalls His ‘Traumatic’ Moment With Bestie Kajol
Karan Johar and Kajol have worked together on several films. Goes without saying they have memories. In the morning Kajol shared a picture of her first car as ‘Throwback Thursday’.

She shared a tweet with the caption, “Look what I found ! A pic of me and my first love .... my first car ever !!! #tbt 😂😂😂 (sic).”


Karan Johar not only retweeted the tweet, but also spilled the beans on the ‘traumatic’ drive with her. He wrote, “I think I remember a traumatic drive in this car with Manish!!.”


Kajol and Karan Johar have been friends for a couple of decades now. However, last year their friendship hit the rock bottom after Ajay Devgn releasing a tape in which it was said that Karan had paid Kamaal R Khan to run down Shivaay which clashed with Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. Karan, who initially maintained a stoic silence on the subject, finally spoke up and simply stated, “My self-respect, reputation, company reputation, upbringing doesn’t allow me to dignify this question with a response”


Post this, Karan and Kajol were not on talking terms. In fact, Karan in his autobiography An Unsuitable Boy had confirmed that they are no longer friends. The duo spoke a lot against each other, sometimes direct and sometimes indirect. No one could believe that they will ever get back to being friends.

However, this year on Friendship’s Day, Karan extended an olive branch and started following Kajol on the social media. She even liked Yash and Roohi’s picture and soon followed her on the social media.
