Amid the raging second wave of the coronavirus pandemic in India, Kareena Kapoor Khan shared some tips on how to deal with COVID anxiety and advised netizens to ‘be kind to your mind’
In the wake of the surge in Coronavirus cases in India, many actors from the Bollywood industry are using their social media might to amplify the necessary and relevant information regarding the Coronavirus. Among many, actor Kareena Kapoor Khan is also using her Instagram account to spread awareness. This time, she was seen sharing information on how to cope with COVID-19 anxiety. Considering the current fragile situation and seeing a huge spike in the cases, people are worrying more and are facing anxiety. However, to calm them, Bebo shared that one should be kind to your mind and reach out to loved ones when getting anxious.
In the post, there are several points that a person can follow. One of the steps asks a person to ‘explain feelings of anxiety to a trusted person’ while the other step asks one to ‘take things slow and step outside comfort zones at an individual pace.’ That’s not it, it also asks one to stay away from social media and news reports as that may trigger your anxiety. Taking it to Instagram Stories, she shared a post and captioned it, “Be kind to your mind. Reach out to a loved one or a professional mental health expert when the going gets tough and always make time to unwind.”
