Kartik Aaryan Buys Out The Same Property Where He Resided As A Paying Guest In His Struggling Days
Actor Kartik Aaryan bought the same property where he resided in his struggling days. It is located on Yari road in Mumbai and is reportedly worth Rs. 1.60 Crore.

Bollywood’s new chocolate boy, Kartik Aaryan, has recently brought a house in Mumbai. And we do not have pictures of his pad yet, but the story behind it will surely make a tug at your heartstrings.
As per reports in DNA, the actor has paid a whopping Rs 1.60 Crore to buy a residential property located on Yari Road in Mumbai. Though the actor has remained tight-lipped about this news; the property has a soft corner in the actor's heart.
It is said, that this was the same house that the actor resided in, along with his roommates when he relocated to Mumbai from his home town, Gwalior. It is a 459 sqft (total 551 sqft) flat on the fifth floor of the building. The actor completed all the formalities in the month of May 2019 and paid Rs 9. 60 Lakh as stamp duty while the registration formalities, says the report. The property also has his mother's name, Mala Tiwari, and he continues to mention his Gwalior residential address on the official documents.
His character Rajjo's monologue bashing girls from the Pyaar Ka Punchnama series got him in the limelight, since then there was no looking back for the actor ever again. The actor has so far carved a niche for himself in the industry with his light-hearted films on the celluloid doing well for him as per critics as well as the audience.
After a tremendous success of his last Luka Chhupi, the actor is busy working on his next Pati Patni Aur Who with Ananya Panday and Bhumi Pednekar and Aaj Kal with Sara Ali Khan.
