The second wave of Coronavirus has hit India badly and the situation is getting worse and worse. Given the current scenario, many celebrities are coming forward to help people in need in whichever way possible. From Sonu Sood, Sushmita Sen and Bhumi Pednekar, celebrities are doing their best to provide help. Priyanka Chopra Jonas has been spreading awareness and urging people to wear masks and stay safe as well. This morning, Priyanka Chopra Jonas came up with an initiative which is a fundraiser for COVID-19 relief in India. She started the same along with her hubby and singer Nick Jonas to provide oxygen cylinders and more.
Calling it a 'great initiative', Katrina Kaif joined PeeCee and Nick Jonas to raise funds and help India fight against Coronavirus. The Bharat actress took to her Instagram Stories and shared a photo of PeeCee and Nick's fundraiser with a link to donate to the same. Sharing the photo, Katrina wrote, "#TogetherForIndia @priyankachopra @nickjonas Great initiative."
The actress has been using her social media platform lately to spread awareness and urging everyone to wear masks, stay indoors if possible and stay healthy. A few days ago, she shared a post by BMC and urged everyone to follow the protocols related to 'Double Mask' use whenever they step out of their house. The post featured a diagram that explained how a double mask can help when a person is in doubt amid COVID-19.
A few weeks ago, Katrina Kaif recovered and tested negative for the virus. Sharing a picture of herself on Instagram, she wrote, "negative (everyone who checked up on me thank u, it was really sweet felt a lot of love)" On the work front, Katrina has interesting projects in the pipeline. She will be seen alongside Sidharth Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter in Phone Bhoot. The actress also has Sooryavanshi and Tiger 3 in her kitty.
