Maa Kaho Ya Mom- Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Hard-Hitting Message In Sridevi’s Mom

After releasing the poster of Sridevi’s next Mom, at a recent award show, the motion poster of the film was released a while back and it looks intriguing.

In the poster, Nawaz stresses on names mothers are addressed as in different languages and how their love remains unchanged.

Apart from Sridevi, Mom also features Akshaye Khanna and Abhimanyu Singh in important roles and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a special appearance.

Also, Sridevi’s Mom was compared to Raveena Tandon’s Maatr when the latter released its trailer a few days back. Both the films look similar as they are based on the theme of a mother taking on the world for her child.

But yesterday at Maatr’s trailer launch, Raveena said that the movies don’t have any resemblance to one another and also added that Sridevi is a senior in the industry and she respects her wholeheartedly.

At the awards function where Sridevi unveiled the poster first, Salman Khan had a very flattering comment to make on the gorgeous diva. At the awards, after being introduced on stage by host Manish Paul as the “Star of the Millennium”, Salman brushed off the title and said, “Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Akshay (Kumar)... we have all done many films. Aamir may have done about 50 films — he has a lot of time, as he does only one film per year; Shah Rukh may have done more than 100 films... Put together, we may have all done about 250-275 films. But there is one legend who is very talented, dedicated, hard working and professional. She completed 300 films, after starting her career as a child artiste. Our work cannot even be compared to this legend — she is none other than Sridevi!”

Sridevi’s last film on the big screen was Gauri Shinde’s English Vinglish. The film was highly appreciated by both- critics and masses and everyone loved Sridevi in the film, which just means that fans are eagerly waiting to see her yet again on the big screen with Mom. And with the latest motion poster, we're sure the film must have generated more curiosity among them.
