The Chaiyya Chaiyya girl on Thursday took everyone by surprise after she dropped her picture, writing, ‘I said yes’ and in no time fans started speculating if Malaika and Arjun are getting married. As her post amassed congratulation wishes from B-Town, it is being said that the power couple is finally taking a plunge in their relationship. While fans showered love on Malaika- Arjun, a certain section of people brutally trolled the actress.
Taking to her Instagram handle, the fitness enthusiast posted a photo of her where she could be seen smiling. She looked lovely in a black outfit as she blushes while posing for the camera. Alongside it, Malaika wrote, “I said YES” and added heart emoticons. This post of the actress has gone viral with some netizens taking nasty digs at Arora for getting married in her late 40s. Meanwhile, on ‘Koffee With Karan 7’ Arjun revealed why he and Malaika took so much time to go public with their relationship. The Ishaqzaade actor explained that he lived a life on the other side of the spectrum. He grew up in a disjointed family, and it was not easy to see what was going on, and still had to accept everything. The actor added that he cannot expect everyone to understand easily.
“Darja dena padta hai, and I had to ease everyone into it including the public eye. It's not that we didn't talk about it as a couple. But there are baby steps. There is a basic understanding that she has had a life, she has a son, and I'm coming from a past that is aware of that. The moral compass of the country you cannot dictate,” Arjun told to Karan Johar.
