Shahid Kapoor has been riding high on the success of his last release, Padmaavat. Also, he and wife Mira Rajout are expecting Baby No.2, something that has the star all excited. Misha's younger brother/sister is due this September. The month will be really busy for Shahid as he will also be promoting his flick Batti Gul Meter Chalu, which releases on September 21.
Shahid had also
given his nod to the remake of the Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy. The remake
has been in the talks for quite some time, and finally a release date has been
announced. It will hit theatres on June 21, 2019.

The film tells the
story of a certain Arjun Reddy (Shahid Kapoor), a high-functioning alcoholic
surgeon who has anger management problems. Arjun is on a self-destructive path
after the marriage of his girlfriend. The film focuses on his downfall and
subsequent resurgence.
