Mission Mangal, helmed by Akshay and co-starring Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari, Nithya Menen, and Sharman Joshi is breaking records even on Day 7 and it’s not going to stop anytime soon. The movie so far has garnered a whopping Rs 121.39 Crore.

The movie marks director Jagan Shakti’s debut with an epic story plot, the film is also Akshay Kumar’s biggest ever opener with earnings of Rs 97.56 Crore in first fourt days. The momentum seems to be refusing to slow down.

Apart from 2.0, Mission Mangal is Akshay Kumar’s one such movie that entered 100 crore club. The movie has been smashing record after record within a week of its release. According to film trade analyst, Taran Adarsh, if the movie keeps on going with the current pace it will break lifetime records of Akshay’s last big hit, Kesari.
