Mommy love stole the thunder at Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta’s engagement party last evening. Shah Rukh Khan’s handsome son Aryan Khan made a confident and dashing entry at the party with mommy Gauri Khan by his side.

Ranbir Kapoor’s armcandy was none other than his elegant and gorgeous mother, yesteryear’s superstar, Neetu Kapoor.

Shah Rukh Khan later joined his wife and son at the venue, making the frame extra spectacular. Flanked by Khan Sr and Khan Jr on either side, Gauri seemed like the happiest lady at the bash last evening.

Ranbir Kapoor, who is basking in the box-office of his latest release Sanju, was all hearts at the bash. As photographers praised him for his latest offering, Kapoor Jr, blushed and made an “air heart” for the paps!

Mukesh and Nita Ambani's eldest son Akash is all set to marry his fiancé Shloka Mehta by end of this year. There have been massive celebrations at Antilia, the Ambani residence for the past a few days. From the couple’s Mehendi/Pre-Pre Engagement bash, which was attended by Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, to the pre-engagement bash attended by Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Shah Rukh-Gauri Khan, Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas- the vibes at Antilia has been extremely festive.

The pre-engagement bash garnered headlines as Priyanka made an entry with boyfriend Nick at the function, wearing a red saree while her beau looked stunning in a black suit. Ranbir-Alia were also head-turners here. Although the lovebirds arrived separately but they left together after the function.

Talking about the couple of the moment- Akash and Shloka- well they had a roka ceremony in Goa, a few months back which was an intimate affair as Akash proposed to his childhood friend in March. About last night's event, it was reportedly being coordinated by luxury wedding planner Seven Steps Weddings. Karen Tran, a floral designer from California, was assigned to decorate the venue- evident enough the Ambani mansion looked ethereal and so does the couple.
