National Film Awards Winners, Ayushmann Khurrana & Vicky Kaushal Get A Sweet Surprise From Amitabh Bachchan And Jaya Bachchan
Ayushmann and Vicky are overwhelmed by the kind gesture of megastars Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan; They sent an appreciation letter to both on winning The National Award
Actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Vicky Kaushal are again in the seventh heaven. After sharing the title of Best Actor in the recently announced National Film Awards 2019, both the deserving actors have received a hand written note from megastars of Bollywood Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan. Ayushmann being elated with joy and happiness shared it on his Twitter handle. He wrote, “इस सदी के महानायक से जबआपको राष्ट्रीय पुरस्कार मिलने की उपलब्धि पर प्रशंसा मिलती है तो वह राष्ट्रीयपुरस्कार से कम नहीं होती है।धन्यवाद अमिताभ sir, जया maam 🙏🏻”
The actor mentioned in his post how this kind gesture by the Bachchans is equivalent to a national award. Following him Vicky Kaushal too received an appreciation letter and bouquet from the actor. The Uri actor shared the images on his Instagram story and wrote on it “THIS MEANS THE WORLD TO ME! THANK YOU BACHCHAN SIR AND JAYA MA’M”. The actor also received a congratulatory note and bouquet from legendary singer Gurdas Maan and his wife Manjeet Maan.

While Ayushmann Khurrana will be awarded for his marvelous performance in Andhadhun, Vicky will take home this prestigious award for his splendid work on celluloid in Uri: The Surgical Strike. The award ceremony will be held soon in New Delhi.
Ayushmann yet again recently impressed the audience with the trailer of his upcoming movie Dream Girl co-starring Nushrat Bharucha, while Vicky Kaushal has started shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s Sam Manekshaw which is set to release in 2021.
Both the actors had shared a thank you note on their respective social media handles after National Award announcement.
