FIR Registered Against Raj Kundra & Shilpa Shetty, Raj Calls It A Fake Case
Another legal trouble for Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra. An FIR has been filed against the couple by a textile vendor, Ravi Mohanlal Bhalotia, who is a Mumbai (Goregaon) resident.

According to him, he met Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra and the others – Durshit Indravan Shah, Uday Kothari and Vedant Bali – for an online shopping deal two years ago.

While talking to a section of media, Bhalotia said, “They bought bed sheets worth Rs 1.5 crore from me in 2015. I handed over the items to them, for which they paid Rs1.44 crore in January 2016. When I approached them, they made several false promises and convinced me to give them another consignment of bed sheets worth Rs 18 lakh in July 2016. But they never paid me for it.”

Ten days ago, Bhalotia approached Thane police commissioner Param Bir Singh to file a complaint. After conducting a primary investigation, the police booked the five people on charges of cheating.

Senior Inspector M Sawant (Kongaon police station) informed the media that they have not arrested anyone yet but will send them a notice about it.

On the other hand, Raj Kundra while talking to an online portal said that the vendor is misusing his connections in various stations. They have tight contracts signed and on the contrary this vendor owes them money for not fulfilling orders.

He also added that his channel, Best Deal is unfortunately being wound up due to the business failing and that they are following the laws of the land to close the various matters properly. Raj Kundra also informed that his company is filing a case against the vendor tomorrow and his legal team will go and meet the officials who have registered this bogus case as well.

He even took to Twitter to clear his stance and said, "It is the duty of the cops registering a case to check contracts and if they had they would not have registered this fake case! #sad!! Sadly It's so easy to register FIR's in India, a complete misuse of power by a crooked vendor #bhalotia who owes best deal money! Will counter."
