No Pregnant Lady Can Get Married: Chants VHP Outside Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana Producer’s Office
Laali Ki Shaadi Mein Laaddoo Deewana starring Sanjay Mishra, Saurabh Shukla, Gurmeet Choudhary, Akshara Haasan, Vivaan Shah has been in the news for quite some time. First for replacing the famous Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan  owing to the Pakistani artistes ban, later the unprofessional attitude of Akshara Haasan and now the clouds of controversy loom over the film once again.

This morning, since 10 am, 70-80 VHP (Vishva Hindu Parishad) workers have gathered outside the office of the producer TP Agarwal at MHADA, Andheri as they feel his film hurts the sentiments of the Hindus.

Naveen Kumar, one of the workers who is currently outside the producer's office said, "According to our Hindu rituals, a lady cannot get married when she is pregnant. The film shows the same and we feel that this has offended us big time. You cannot make a film that hurts our sentiments. The concept of the film itself is incorrect."

SpotboyE.com also spoke to the producer TP Agarwal, who said, "We have this strange thing in India that we get offended with everything that’s going around. Which world are we living in where we say a pregnant lady cannot get married?"

The producer further added that it’s just a film and one cannot get offended with this.

"We are releasing the film on April 7 come what may since the Censor Board has given us  a go ahead and we have got a U/A certificate without a single cut. So I see no reason why we should be scared. I shall meet the workers and address the issue," said TP on a concluding note.
