Aditya Roy Kapur and Sanjana Sanghi begin their shooting for Om: The Battle Within. The couple gave their fans a little sneak peek of their first day from the shoot
After basking in success and praises for Dil Bechara also starring the late Sushant Singh Rajput, Sanjana Sanghi has been roped in for Ahmed Khan's OM: The Battle Within also starring Aditya Roy Kapur. As the two are coming together for the first time for the film, Om, Aditya and Sanjana recently took to their Instagram accounts and announced they have kick-started shooting for it too. Sharing some snaps on their page, they gave a little sneak peek of their first day on the sets. Sanjana says that their beautiful journey begins while Aditya who was last in Anurag Basu's Ludo is simply excited for a new journey that he is going to embark on now.
Sharing the on the set pictures, Sanjana wrote, "Our beautiful journey begins!! DAY 1 with the best @adityaroykapur. Talking about Sanjana being the director's first choice, Ahmed told SpotboyE.co, that he chose Sanjana because he needed someone young and capable of shouldering big responsibilities. “I needed a girl who is capable of great maturity and responsibility from a very young age."
Ahmed saw a quality of vulnerability and strength in Sanjana. “The role in Dil Bechara was so complex. Sanjana didn’t seem like a first-timer.
