SpotboyE.com had exclusively told you that Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas will tie the knot in November-end at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur. The couple had set tongues wagging about the city being a possible destination for the wedding when they were spotted at Jodhpur airport days ago.
With a little over a month to go for the wedding, PeeCee has locked the designers who will design her wedding outfit and guess what? She has picked Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla for the special day. Says a source, “Priyanka and Nick will get hitched as per Hindu customs and the actress has roped in Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla to design her wedding lehenga. She met the designer duo on October 6 to finalise the designs. The meeting went on for 6 hours.” Interestingly, Priyanka chose a beautiful couture suit by the designers for her roka ceremony as well.
While the date for the wedding is yet to be locked, a source told us that Nick will fly to India in mid-November for wedding preparations. Besides Priyanka-Nick, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone will also tie the knot next month. However, unlike the former who will wed at grand palace, the latter has chosen Lake Como (Italy) as their wedding destination. “Ranveer and his family will fly to Bangalore (Deepika’s hometown) in the first week of November, and that’s when Deepveer’s pre-wedding rituals will kick-start. A pre-wedding Puja called the Nandi Puja will be performed at Deepika Padukone’s Banglore residence. Her mother, Ujjala Padukone, has already spoken to the officials of famous Nandi Temple in Bangalore regarding the booking of pundits who will perform this grand puja in the presence of the would-be bride and groom.” a source had told us. Coming back to Priyanka’s wedding outfit, well, we bet fans are waiting with bated breath to see the actress in bridal avatar. We bet she will make for a stunning bride and expectations are high.
