Last week, Priyanka Chopra landed in India sans husband Nick Jonas, for her brother Siddharth Chopra’s wedding with Ishita Kumar. We had exclusively brought you details of their wedding. But unfortunately, it didn’t take place as the bride-to-be had to undergo an urgent surgery following which the wedding had to be postponed and the Quantico actress returned to the US. When Priyanka’s mom was asked about the postponing the wedding, she had said that they can’t do anything about it and wished Ishita a speedy recovery.

Now, rumours mills are abuzz that Ishita and Siddharth Chopra have called off their roka. The smoke started when Ishita posted a picture of herself at a resto-bar, with a cryptic caption, which read, “Cheers to new beginnings. With a goodbye kiss to beautiful endings,” yesterday, which of course raised many eyebrows. Commenting on their daughter’s post, Ishita’s mother, Nidhi Kumar, advised, “Close old book and write new story,” while father said, “We are with you; Feel the expanse of the universe and be the star you were born to be.”

Ishita Kumar has deleted all their roka pictures from her social media and not only that the brother-sister duo, Priyanka and Siddharth have also unfollowed Ishita on Instagram.

There’s no official word from both the families as yet, but buzz is strong that Siddharth's wedding is not taking place. 

Earlier, in October 2014, Siddharth Chopra was engaged to longtime girlfriend Kanika Mathur, and was set to tie the knot in Feb 2015, in Goa. However, on 2015’s New Year’s eve, Chopra had put up a status announcing that he’s “single and ready to mingle.” The same had happened back then, when it was said that the wedding has been postponed and not cancelled. However, eventually that union never happened. We at SpotboyE hope that all these are mere speculations and the couple gives out an official word, refuting it, soon.
