Priyanka Chopra's birthday celebration on July 18 was the most happening one. The global diva first celebrated her 37th birthday by cutting a three-tier cake with her hubby Nick Jonas and Parineeti Chopra surrounding it. But the most amazing of all was her chilling with them on a yacht in Miami, Florida. The pictures of the same were taking over the internet and there she found herself in the middle of social media bashing. The actress was snapped smoking a cigarette in one of the pictures along with Nick and mom Madhu Chopra.
Soon after that picture went viral and netizens started trolling the actress who is said to battle against asthma. However, the Quantico star who is said to be away from "technology" chose to move ahead in life by ignoring to comment on trolls about her smoking pictures from Miami, instead, she posted an Instagram story thanking fans for birthday wishes.
Ignoring the controversy, PC posted an Instagram story thanking fans for birthday wishes, she wrote, "Hi everyone! Thank you so much for all the wonderful birthday messages and wishes... You have made my day extremely special. Sorry I haven't responded earlier, was taking a bit of a break from technology... But now I'm back and I just want to say THANK YOU ALL SOOOOO MUCH| I hope everyone feels as loved as I do."
Earlier in the day, Nick Jonas wished his wife in an adorable post with a picture of Priyanka Chopra from Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s wedding number 2, he wrote, "Light of my world. My whole heart. I love you baby. Happy birthday." While Parineeti also shared a picture with her sister from their Miami party and captioned the picture, “In Miami with the birthday gurllll! Happy bday Mimi didi. There is never gonna be another one like you. Actress or sister @priyankachopra.”
