Pulkit Samrat and Shweta Rohira probably had the ugliest separation in Bollywood. However, it’s been quite a while and both have moved on in their respective lives. While Pulkit was last in news a few months back, for his growing bond with Kriti Kharbanda, Shweta has decided to make life more fun for herself.

Rohira, took to Instagram to inform fans that she is off to Indore for her first blind date. But before you get any ideas that Shweta is ready to walk the romantic path once again, let us tell you that she meant her Hindi play, titled as Blind Date. You may recall, that SpotboyE.com was the first one to tell you that Shweta is taking baby steps towards the entertainment industry. She took up her first theatre play, titled as That’s My Girl in 2018. And now this is her second play.


That’s My Girl was a story of a young girl who travels to Mumbai to try her luck in the world of movies. But that’s not the only motivation she has to move to the City Of Stars. She also wants to meet her father, who had left her and her mother, 20 years ago, never to return. The interaction between the daughter (a wannabe film actress) and the father (a veteran film writer) forms the crux of the story. It’s a comedy peppered with heart-rending moments.

Coming to her new play, Blind Date, we’re sure Shweta can totally explore the real dating world too while flaunting some acting chops, isn’t it?
